Since we're in Winter, the cold weather has really depleted the moisture right out of my skin. My hands are crackd, peeling, and very dry. I use Victoria's Secret Silky Smooth Hand Cream, however, I don't feel like their creams improve the feel of my hands and skin. I think their products make your hands feel unbelievably smooth for an hour and they go back to being dried out. I am looking for something with Aloe Vera or Coco Buter (I heard it's very good). Are there any hand creams out there that are good for my hands, skin, cuticles and nails, that prevent them from drying out, cracking, and peeling from the cold weather? Looking to spend $7.00 tops! Nothing that costs an arm and a leg, afterall, it's just hand cream.

I think people should stick to thier own- Whites with whites, blacks with blacks, liberals with liberals-
Interracial relations its not natuaral- Its like crossing a salmon with a camel, or a toaster with some car keys.
Its not natural. and should be banned.

I am currently renting a place in Washington, DC for $500 per month, which is a great deal! I am interested in real estate, however, and buying a property to fix up, since the market has cooled a bit and interest rates are still low. I'd like to know if renting or buying a place is a more financially sound option in this market. I currently live with roommates and plan to get rooommates when I buy to help swing the mortgage. I'm happy either way, as far as quality of life goes. However, even with a roommate, my mortgage would be significantly higher than my current rent. If I ask a realtor, obviously they recommend buying, as they'll get commission. So I'm curious as to what others think. Thanks!

I am Indian. My sister has married an African American man without our knowledge. Usually, most Indian woman marry Indian man. Nobody in our family married non-Indian man.
Plus, she ran away from the house and started living with him.
She didn't even think about my mother who has been working at McDonald's so she can get Cosmetologist license.
She stayed with us until she got her Cosmetology license.
I think she used us.
My mother was hoping that she would support her since she worked really hard at McDonald's to support her education.

Do u think I should talk to her?

My best friend and I have been cool for going on 10 years but I just ended the friendship yesterday. For the past 2 years she has been mistreating her son, my godson. She has 2 children who are both my godchildren and she treats her daughter like she can do no wrong. I have tried to talk to her about the things she has been doing but she just won't stop.
