My Daughter is nearly 40 Months. (Her third Birthday was in November.) We're planning to begin our 2nd chance at potty training...We have tried rewards, stickers, smarties, bubbles etc...Bought special panties, and MANY packages of panties..New potty seat, and a colourful stool for the toilet. She sits on the toilet, but she never goes in the potty..She doesn't sit for very long, then she asks for a diaper. What else can we do with her to help her move along with the potty training? Any ideas will be considered. Thanks Alot everyone!! :D

Hi i've been breast feeding since my son was born and only exspected to do that for 7 months but it turned out longer he is now 18 months old he does eat alot of foods but is not liking the cow milk ...any help to try and get him off the breast feeding would greatly help . Thx

After organizing the commitee. reasearching and booking the event center, one person that I did not get along with 30 years ago has come in and underminded everything I have done. He has called everyone and turned them against me. This one person's action doesn't bother me near as much as the fact that no one backed me up. I thought in 30 years, people would have matured a little... but I must be mistaken.
I have resigned as chairman of the committee and from the comittee itself. When I sent out an email stating this, no one has even answered it.
I figure I'll just get over it, but it has been bothering me a lot for a couple weeks now.
Anyone one have any words of wisdom?

I have been on this site for some time now. I must admit I am both frustrated and dismayed at the state we as humans seem to be in.
The youth keep asking the same questions we asked 20 years ago. Are we truly doomed to keep making the same mistakes generation after generation?
Every once in a while I am impressed by someones insight but I am usually horrified at the pettiness, the selfish, narrow minded state we find ourselves.
Is there any hope for us to evolve or are we doomed to become extinct sitting on the sofa eating bon bons watching reruns of American Idol?
How can we pass the wisdom of experience to the youth in a medium they will accept?

I'm a sophmore in hs and there is this freashman girl in my study hall. I kinda like her and I don't know what to do to become friends with her. I want to find out who she really is to see if I like her or not, but I do know that she is funny, smart and cute, and one of my friends says she is a really nice person. Pretty much, I want to get to know her better without making anything obvious.
P.S; I am REALLY shy around girls that I like that I'm not friends with and I kind of have rep. for being a "redneck" @ my school, idk if thats a good thing or not. I'm really not a bad guy though.
Another thing, would a freashman feel kind of intimidated by a sophmore.......I NEED HELP!!!
