Contact a distributor.
You can use google to obtain the contact information for all the suppliers you'll ever need. Assuming you don't want to pay retail prices for your movies, since you'd have a harder time making a go of it.

consider if there's serious competition out there...first. Can you offer something different that would cause people to come to your store?
