Traffic court is just a thinly-veiled extortionist ring. It doesn't matter if you are guilty or innocent, it doesn't matter if you had a good explanation (extenuating circumstances work elsewhere). However, traffic court is just about the state stealing your money.

They should just hang a sign outside: We are wh@res for money. Shut up and give us your money."

It's the same thing with parking tickets. They know you will spend more money fighting it than it is worth.

Unless you have ONE HELL OF A GOOD EXPLANATION, like your mother was in the back seat, dying, don't bother.

Just fork over your money to those wh@res.

Doesn't everyone who breaks any law have an explanation? Why is yours more unique or more important?
