1) either "adiv" [אדיב, a-dEEv], or "chinani" [חינני, chi-na-nEE]. The first is interchangeable with kind, or courteous. The latter is interchangeable with graceful and pleasant.

2) hamatana hachinanit shel elohim [המתנה החיננית של אלוהים, ha-ma-ta-nA ha-chi-na-nEEt shel e-lo-hEEm]
