Okay, I have just been reading yesterday's paper and what next. Brit Muslims ban gym, including mixed pe lessons in uk state schools. No exams, parent evenings during the month of Ramadam, including no swimming lessons, this is because they will break thier fast by swallowing swimming water, and schools should provide prayer rooms. This country is being invaded and for one I don't like it one little bit. Feed back on this please.

I think that both of Chinese and Russian are difficult; nevertheless, I think that there must be some languages that are more difficult than the two languages. How is intaking more calories and using more calories gonna help me gain weight or muscle mass?

I’m 5'6" 120lbs. My job requires lots of physical work such as using arms and legs all the time. (walking, lifting light weight stuff all the time and many times.) I work about 9 hours every day. And get 8 hour sleep.

I am going to gym 4, 5 times a week, lifting weights. I’m trying to eat healthy 4, 5 times a day.

I saw some improvements when I took off from work for 2 weeks. I went from 115 to 120lbs. but my weight froze at 120 for these 3 weeks when I started working again.

How can I improve my health without quitting my job?
Any suggestions?

i know this question gets asked a lot but i do need help please
there is a guy friend of mine and we went out like once years ago but we stayed friends, havent acutally seen him a lot in a bout a year but recently we have been seeing each other quite a bit with our friends, but i catch him looking at me quite a lot but when i turn to him he doesnt turn away he just keeps staring at me, so i dont know if hes just doing it to annoy me, hes quite flirty with me but hes like that naturally (although he never used to be as flirty with me, he always was with my friends though). i do think im falling for him but i never judge people properly,

I don't mean physically, so don't try tell me you're sexy or anything like that. I mean, do you see someone with a prospective career ahead of them, or do you see that lonley and sad person whose life is falling apart and there's nothing they can do about, and that each and every day they seem to become more and more upset with the way things are going in their life and that they don't think they can stand to face the truth because they've run out of hope? well, not exactly that, but what do you see?
