If I'm walking around in public. I'll wear underwear under my boxers. When I'm doing yard work or walking the dog.

Underwear beneath boxers? You seem confused. Boxer shorts are undergarments. One could wear something else underneath them, if one were so inclined, but I've never seen it done.

boxers are underwear so no men and woman do not wear anything underneath their boxers

no way, I wear boxers to give my biggens plenty of room to move. As the other guy said, boxers are underwear.

Try boxer briefs, it seems you need somthing a little more snug.
