Does anyone have experience with this diet.
I am considering it but have my reservations. I am active at work all day and also play sports two days a week and am wondering if I could keep up this lifestyle on the raw food diet.

The people I have met on this diet look healthy but are not very athletic or active so I can not really trust their advice.
I'm looking for personal experiences of active people who have tried or practice this diet.

My volume doesn't work. It's turned up like all the way wit hthe buttons on the the keyboard and when i click the little speaker to turn it up it pops up saying
" There are no mixer devices availible. To install mixer devices, go to Control Panel, click printers and other hardware, and then click add hardware."
I've looked and it doesn't do anything..please hurry I want to listen to music!!

i have just got a new computer a faulty one it doesn't work it wont display anything either so i moved my processor over and my graphics card and 1 of my ram sticks to it to test it and still nothing so i move them back and now my working computer will not display anything either so i got a new processor to see if that solved the problem it id definitely booting because i can feel the hard drive spinning and i have tried it without that particular ram card in it .

So it must be my graphics card i guess but this has an arctic cooling fan on it and this still works which is powered through the card so there is obviously power going through it

i cant work it out any help would be appreciated cos im going nuts

Ok, well I have been going to a small private school for 9 years, and this upcomming school year I will be going to a high school where I know a few of my cousins who will be older than me. But other than that, I don't know anyone. I know it's going to be scary. I'm worried about not having friends, not sitting next to anyone at lunch, and worried that someone is going to get mad at where I sit in the class...yeah I know, too many drama movies. I don't like who my cousins hang out with. I honestly think their friends aren't the best people, so I don't want to hang around them. I'm going to this public school no doubt about it, my parents said that if I really don't like it, I can transfer the next year. But I'm worried about how big it's going to be. This upcomming Wednesday I'm going to the school for orientation, so I will be able to join clubs and everything, but I guess I'm just looking for some encouraging words. Thanks
