If there is a chance you could be pregnant then i would go and get a home pregnancy test. if that comes back negative and you are still worried about your health then go to the doctor. There is really no certain way to know without being tested. Good Luck:)

The first clue is a missed period. after that take a test... begining signs of pregnancy often feel like PMS. butterflies are nerves you do not feel a baby until at the earliest 16 weeks. Overy pain could be cysts. Take a test!

for me it was an overwhelming since of dread and a missed period. my first thoughts of pregnancy was the week i concieved,, i was kickedin the stomach hence the dread
