I just had a baby 4 weeks ago. Anyhow I was wonder which kind of birth control is best. I was on the depo shot for 7 years before getting pregnant with my son. The only things I didn't like about the depo was I didn't have period the entire 7 years I was on it, it took me 6 months to a year to get my period to start again, and I gained a bunch of weight (which took me getting of the shot to lose). Anyhow I am thinking eventually in a year or two I may want another child and I don't really want to have wait the 6 months to a year for the shot to wear off when I make that decision. I also really don't gain a bunch of weight like I did on the depo.

Hey, I'm not much of a beleiver in diets. I know that moderation and excerise always are best. However I am going on vacation in 4 weeks and I was wondering if anyone has any tips/ diets on slimming and toning down before I go. Thanks!

I put my videos on private only where my friends and family can see my vids. It's been a couple of days and my friends try to go to the link of the videos and it keeps on saying "This is a private video.
