I have some good business ideas, but my credit is shot, because my child had heart surgy and we had to file for bankruptcy. I can't get a loan and trying to get a job because my credit is bad no one will hire me and I am also seven months along. I need to find some way of making a living and my only option is to be in business for myself. How do I start a bussiness with very little capital to no capital. I can't rely on my husband. He is skilled, but has no people skills. Our unemployment is running out and I don't have much time to think of options on my own. How can I make a business work?

Like I think the name gives it such a bad sound, and the movies make them sound like evil. Like if i said I own a rat my friends would tink it was gross, but if they saw one and it was called a hamster or something they would think its cool. It's really hard to explain, but do you get what i mean?

My sister's ex boyfriend hasn't lived with her or her son since befor he was born. He hasn't paid court ordered support either.
Recently, my mother (who has been caring for both my sister and the child) went to get her taxes done and was told that YES she could file that the child is her dependant. She did and she was notified that someone already has.

The child is 6 1/2 months old and has been living with her the entire time.

What are the Legal ramifications if any.

I'm noticing now that this happens ALOT...BUT from what the tax preparer told my mother, this is blatant disregard of the law...

My backyard is all dirt.. very, very hard dirt. I would like to grow grass and will be doing it myself to save money. How do I break up that hard dirt? Is there a tool or machine? After that is done (the hard part) do I just lay seed and manure on top? Then water? Could I possibly find someone that will just break up the dirt and prepare it for me so I can plant... how much do you think that would cost? I am in southern CA.

I mean males dominate everything almost, but lets look at music. I mean look at the worlds biggest bands; beatles, u2, led zeppelin, pink floyd, is it just one big coincidence that they are all men.
