I have some good business ideas, but my credit is shot, because my child had heart surgy and we had to file for bankruptcy. I can't get a loan and trying to get a job because my credit is bad no one will hire me and I am also seven months along. I need to find some way of making a living and my only option is to be in business for myself. How do I start a bussiness with very little capital to no capital. I can't rely on my husband. He is skilled, but has no people skills. Our unemployment is running out and I don't have much time to think of options on my own. How can I make a business work?

I certainly understand your predictament. I will tell you where the real money is over the Internet. However, this will be a slow process to learn but a low investment. It takes passion, dedication, and it is definately real. Just read the following:
Before you do anything, you need to learn Internet marketing. I highly suggest that you don't invest in anything just yet. You need to research the Internet by joining work at home forums--its free! Do a search on the Internet and look up Work at Home Forum, Home Business Forum, Internet Marketing Forum and Affiliate Program Forum. Also look up the keyword SCAM on the Internet and read the stories. Understand the Internet has a wealth of information so research Internet Marketing. The Internet is a universal marketplace for buying and selling products/services.
In addition, read more about Yahoo!, MSN, Google and eBay's buying/selling/affiliate programs.
The number one income opportunity isn't data entry, typing, writing ads, Internet jobs, get-rich-quick schemes, etc. These are where most scams occur--people are being misled. So keep away from them Any website filled with money hype such as Make $100s ... $1000s and $10000 or more per day/week/month is full of crap--stay away. And pursue any marketing opportunities right now, unless you are an experienced marketer. Advertising is tricky and has to be learn appropriately. If you take your time and research you will discover one absolute great opportunity--Affiliate Programs. But you need to learn Internet marketing. Don't be foolish and try to learn this on your own. Its leads to costly mistakes and it take too much of your time. This is where most people failed, get discourage because they prefer the get-rich-quick scheme to making money.
I suggest you start by researching a particular site. There will be a free newsletter membership for you to join. You need to sign up to it and download the free ebooks on Internet marketing. This will give you more of an idea what Internet marketing is about, and you can decide if this is really for you. If you really want to learn a system, which is highly suggested in any endeavor, you can pay for the actual course. The price is low and is a one time fee but you will learn, practice, receive assignments and work with 14 money-making websites.

I have a home business in health and wellness. My husband is also a cardiac patient and we found a product that is helping him where medicine could not. Make sure you comply with all laws that pertain to your business. Visit your local city hall and research on residential zoning laws (if a home-based business) and obtaining a business license (which may include filing information with the local police). Register with your local Chamber of Commerce. Meet and share ideas (network) with other business owners, ie via the Chamber of Commerce events. Make sure you open a separate business bank account. Be prepared to work hard and perhaps not break even for the next 1 to 3 years (depending on the type of business). Tell all your friends and relatives that you have just opened for business! Ask them to pass it on !!! There's nothing better and more powerful than word of mouth advertising.
