I quit smoking a month ago. Well, my grandpa passed away this week, and I have been craving a cigarette like crazy. How can I make this stop? I feel like I'm going to cave. HELP!!!

Brush your teeth, chew some gum, ANYthing to get your mind off of it. If you can get through this event, you're home free. Don't give up!! Just DO SOMETHING ELSE!! I'm rooting for you!

Wow a whole month I am impressed, how about understanding that you will be throwing away all the effort that it took to get you to this point. Do you think having a smoke may lead you to trowing in the towel and going back to smoking regularly. My advice is simple dear, if you decide to smoke you may never know what it would have been like and what you will miss if you don't. Shir it goes both ways, so looking clearly through everything and realizing our own true self is not easy it is simple however, do what you have done and get what you already have. I applaud you are your effort I wish I had that kind of determination.
