Hello, i never knew i had a snoring issue until i got married. My wife gets perfect sleep when im not in the room and gets little sleep when i am in the room. Ive tried a number of things for my snoring, from what my ENT told me i have a nasal septum issue and thats causing me to breath out of my mouth more than normal. So until i get that surgery is there anything else i can do for snoring. Ive tried antihistamines, ive tried nasal rinses, ive tried breath right strips, ive tried vicks rub, i dont know what else i can try but if theres anything else please tell me. thanks.

If you have an employee which you want off of your payroll, but he is F/T and you don't want to pay unemployment, can you arrange his schedule to make him work first, second, and third shift each week? If he quits on his own after a few weeks, what are the possible reprecutions? Would it be wise to offer a sevewrance package? This is all happening after he claimed discrimination, which the company "feels" never hapopened.

My husband or I have never had any court situations, and this is new to us. He recieved this 103 Civil Citation yesterday by someone delivering it to my house. It says I am being sued by an appliance company that we do owe. But what we do not understand is, it says if my husband or his attorney does not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10am on the monday next following the expiration of 10 days after you were servied this citation a default judgement may be taken against you. The due date sounds crazy, so when is it due, and what do I write? The amount they are sueing us for is the amount of the original loan and not with the payments we made for the first 1 1/2 yrs. I don't want to sign something agreeing to this unknowingly, and we do not want to go to court, we are so broke!! Will it still go to court if I send a written settlement letter, and whatever small payment I can send? Please help us.

My fiance has two children, which we have been going back and forth to court over recently. Their mother has been forcibly trying to push him out of the kids' life, and was also found in contempt for keeping the kids from him. Lately she has been pushing for supervised visitation on grounds of neglect and child abuse (which are absolutely NOT true). By order of the court, we have visitation with the kids again, but today when they were playing, one of the boys bumped his head and now has a cut. She was irate and accused us again of neglecting them, although if you've ever known a 6 year old.. they tend to get bumps and bruises and scrapes every now and then. Really the boy is totally fine, it's just a little booboo, but what do we do now?? How can we protect ourselves from the things she is doing? And since the kids are so young, how can we prove that all of her accusations are untrue? My fiance loves his kids, and so do I, and I want to protect these kids AND ourselves. Help!
