I start my diet and workout , and on the same day by the afternoon i quit, and say i'll start tommorrow, and by then I have ate 5 bowls of cereal and 5 slices of pzza, and some fruit !
How can I stop this madness, and thats seriously a question.
I will award the person with the best answer 10 points, who can help me stay healthy and not do this everytime i attempt to become healthy.
