I have Swordtails and Mollies and 1 femaile guppy in the same tank. The swordtail had babies a few months ago and now they are bigger and some of the swordtails look alot like mollies now. Is that possible? The one guppy is now pregnant, how is that possible?

Many female swordtails look a lot like mollies until they get about adult size and thats probably what you are seeing. The cross is not possible. The guppy you have that is pregnant has been all along. Female guppies can mate once and have babies several times from the one mating.

Mollies and swordtails can cross. The offspring are sterile. Females can also store sperm and continue having babies 6 months after they have been seperated.

All livebearer females have the capability of storing sperm from males they've been kept with in the past. Chances are the place where your bought them had males and females together in the tanks. The females can give birth up to 6 months after a mating, so there may be more to come!
