The WWE target audience is said to be male 18-40, but over the past few years I think that demographic has changed to include both sexes and a younger audince? So my question is how old are you and how long have you been watching wrestling for?

Hello.

I need to know the best method for analysing outer membrane proteins on gram negative outer membrane proteins.

Need to know what the proteins are, what they do? and possibly the dna/amino structure.

I believe women are the ones that should take care of the family inside the home. These days most women don't know how to cook a healthy balanced meal for the family....and what do we get? Sick husbands and obese kids!
I have many friends with wifes that are really bad at dealing with home stuff and fixing good meals. Most of the food is premade or from a carry out. Breakfast is a Baggel, lunch is mac and cheese and dinner is chicken wings form a drive thru. No wonder they are crazy sick!
When people go to my home, guys are amazed at the way a serve my family in every way. My famiy is healthy. My kids don't get sick like other kids and my husband is in shape and healthy. Sometimes we get jokes from friends saying: "Can we switch wifes?" or "I'm going to send my wife here for a week so she can learn how to cook from yours".

Liberation of women has taken us into the streets to work outside the house but we are forgetting something....who is going to attend the family?

why is it that whenever your waiting say in a queue, or for a bus, old people have to talk to you...
i had one this mornin on my way to college saying you need to roll your trousers up, so being polite i was like yer i suppose, but i like em long, then she went on saying that during the war she had to wear trousers so shes grown to hate them and now likes to wear skirts coz it makes her feel like a lady..... ok i can deal with that... but she had to go 1 step further by saying.....

"nar i dont like trousers, i can never get them down quick enough when i get dirrorea"

whats that about?!
