both! remember birth control prevents pregnancy but does not aid in preventing std's.

Use both. The one thing about birth control pills is that you have to take them EVERDAY...and you need to take them around the same time...meaning if you start off taking the pill in the morning at 8a then you to continue taking it at that same time EVERDAY. If you miss a pill and your partner doesn't use a condom, you can get pregnant. DON'T MISS A PILL. IF YOU DO, YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BOYFRIEND USES A CONDOM.

It is both common and sometimes a necessary precaution. While abstinence is the only sure way to prevent pregnancy and STDs, every precaution makes you a little safer. However, condom use is still necessary. Pills will not save you from disease.

birth control period is common use for people who are in relationships and those who aren't in relationships as well. personally, condoms are a must. you may have a partner who is faithful, and you are faithful, but some std's don't show up on testing for years so its good to be safe at all times.

As a matter of fact they are in use b/c they help control your eggs from getting fertilized. I started them at a young age and it'z just in case something happens when you don't plan for it too. But you do need to use condoms b/c they can keep you from getting a STD

Usually both in the beginning then later on the condoms MIGHT disappear if it is a long term serious relationship... It all depends on the people!!

It really depends on how long you have been dating. I have a friend her & her bf have been dating for 3 years and she got birth control. But as for me and my boyfriend of one year we use condoms. Just as long as your using one or the other, it's fine.

good luck & stay safe!
