Im trying to lose weight and I thought I could use this to my benefit. I would like to try and get most of it in the morning that way I can take advantage of the absorption thing throughout the day. Unfortunately the only thing I'v e found that I like is fiber one cereal which I would need 2.5 servings in order to get it all. With the 2.5 servings (including milk) comes 127 grams of carbs and 535 calories. Since I'm on a diet, that's nearly 2/3 of my carbs and 1/3 of my calorie allowance for the day and I like to eat things other than fiberone!! Does anyone know anything I can eat that has equal or more fiber for less calories and carbs? I know getting fiber through food is best, but if I was to use a fiber supplement would that count as the same type of fiber? I tried researching fiber supplements but I couldn't find any comparisons.
