his name is pete and he cheated on me and i dont know what to do he said he loved me but on v day i saw him kissing my best friend so can you people tell me what i should do

I know it hurts and it's all you can think about right now since it is really fresh. However, only time and keeping yourself busy with other things will help. Take what you can learn about that relationship and vow to yourself you will not make the same mistakes. Good luck and keep your chin high. By the way, it's probably safe to say your best friend is no longer. That is not a friend!

To get over a guy who has cheated on you has be the most hardest thing that anyone can go Thur. I was with someone who cheated on me for 2 yrs with 2 different woman and the whole time i was blind,never would have guessed. The only thing u can do is take one day at a time.
Know that just because he did that does not mean that all are like that. Also rember too keep your head up and know that u are better then that and u differently will not tolerate someone like that no matter how much u cared about them. Because if he could do that to you on V day at all that he was not where he should of been in your guys relationship any ways.
He does not deserve to be with u if he can go do that!!! Take one day at a time and go out and meant new people there is someone for everyone.

Ok... I also got cheated on not too long ago. And I still obsessed and wanted to be with him (thats how naive i was--terrible!) But.... things that help are time, friends, and family (if you're close with them) ...that will make things alot easier. You probably won't even want to look at guys for a while (thata how i was) thinking no one could measure up to him...truth is, there is way better! Someone that will be loyal, and you will get along with way better! Once you do find someone else you are interested in...man, let me tell you...that helps alot!!! Then eventually, one day, you will look back and say 'What a dog! What was i thinking?' Truuuuust me...u prob dont think so now...but you will c...and you'll think, oh yeah, she was right! Even if u ever run into him (like i did) u will look at him totally dif....like ewww...thank god im over and done with that! lol....But, yeah, guys can def be dogs! Thats why you always have to keep your gaurd up...jyou can never be to careful. It takes a while to build love and trust for someone...they must earn it! So, alll in all, dont lay around sulking (like i did) feeling sorry....get out there, have fun with your friends...things will be alot easier that way!! Hope this helped a lil....Good Luck girl!! you need to move on and forget him. I know its hard I've been there before. But just pick the pieces up glue them back together and walk on. Also find u another friend who want try to take ur man away from u. If she was ur friend in the 1st place she wouldn't of done that. But whatever u do don't stay ok. If u do then he will walk all over u. I made that mistake before. Good luck

There are millions of men in this world, hunny. So if one dude does something to piss you off or hurt you, then you can easily find someone else and move on with you life. Forget him, sweety! And forget your so called *best friend* also. If she was your BEST friend, then she would not be kissing your man. You deserve better!!!!!

Tell him that you saw him kissing your best friend and ask him what's going on. If you don't like his answer (which you probably won't), drop him. You might want to distance yourself from your "best girlfriend" as well.

well, leave him. you don't deserve a guy like that. Only gays don't keep promises. As for your bestfriend, let her speak up first. If she apologizes then accept it. But, if after along time it seems that nothing had happened, screw your friendship, she's just an acquaintance.
