They will be going with their Uncle, Aunt, and two cousins (11 and 8). Two cousins also do not know about the trip and will be surprised with it as well. So we need something to surprise all four of them at once.

This sounds like a great trip. Why not surprise all the kids on the very same day by sending them all to school with packed lunches. And in the lunch bag, place a secret message telling them about the trip. If you want to get real creative, you could buy the Mickey cookie cutter and shape their sandwich like Mickey and then put a special note in the sandwich bag. Just wrap up the treat in foil, so they can't peak. If they don't take lunches to school, then throw a note with a Disney gadget in their school bag when they are not looking. Put the note in a place where they will access it easily. Attach a note with something like: " Just wanted to you to know that you have made all our dreams come true so we are sending you to the happiest place on Earth, you are going to Disney World. Love, Mom."
This would be such a great place(school) to find out something so exciting. They'll love it, and when they get
home from school they will be so excited to call their cousins. Have fun....

Make a treasure hunt for them either in the house or outside. Every clue will lead to another Disney character piece, (like a keychain, a piece of candy, a movie). At the end they should find a big card with a brochure or something creative asking them to solve the riddle of where do all these characters live? Have fun.

You could do something like read them a "story", and interject the surprise in there. You could also get some type of relic or card or something saying that they are going on a Disney Vacation and have them open as gifts. If you have a home computer you could make it like a scrolling screen saver or something and have them come look at the computer to see how they like your new screen saver, etc.
