I am not degree educated nor have any formal qualifications but have always worked in primary healthcare. However, I have a good level of secondary education. Many thanks.

I am British and feel and believe others overseas deserve more help. I've done my bit in 'Blighty' and want to broaden my horizons. If you have the infrastructure and the personnel and it still fails, time to help those who haven't. HELPFUL responses please people, if you really want to help.
