I have a b/f who I love very much. He is everything I've ever wanted except for one thing, we are not intellectually compatible.

He is very simple and simple minded. I am a deep thinker and a very analytical person. I get frustrated at times and sometimes feel I'm alone b/c of this.

However, he is faithful, takes great care of me, we are very sexually compatible, share the same values, both very spiritual, have a great time hanging out together, like a lot of the same things, etc. He is a great emotional support for me.

I have dated men who are intellectual but they did not have all of the great characteristics my b/f has, and were not near as sensitive to my needs.

Please help!

I would love to go to one of these Live Earth Gigs, but I do wonder if they really are the answer to promoting climate change?

We are being told continuously on the news to turn off our TV's (not leaving them on standy), etc., but how much electricity would these concerts be using along with everyone driving or flying to see the concerts (I would drive most probably).

What does everyone else think?

I rent a house and recently during the wonderful downpours of rain , the water came running in around the beams above the fireplace. My lap top was soaked. It will not work. I have spoken to the Real Estate agent and am not happy with the response that my landlord evidentaly has Landlord Insurance but says Bad Luck. If I had left my Laptop outside in the rain , the damage would be my fault. But how does a leaking roof become my fault? Landlord says water ran in under the flashing around the chimney. Surely this is the landlords responsibility. What is Insurance for? Can anyone out there help me resolve this matter? What steps can I take to resolve this matter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

I've noticed that nice looking girls nowadays tend to go for the ugly guys who wear earrings, know how to party, and dress with their sports jerseys. Why is that? I have never been able to understand that. I would think that a woman would choose the man that could offer her the most right? I mean that makes more logical sense. Someone whose financially secure, good looking, or both. I've been in situations where I'm trying to get with a girl and she seems to like me but then she tells me she has a boyfriend. When I see the boyfriend, he's not exactly a lady's man. I mean I don't consider myself a hunk or lady's man but I'm average and in many cases I'm better looking and can offer more to those girls financially as well. I also know how to party but am not a crazy party guy who gets wasted. Can someone please explain this to me?
