Wow no info in that question at all. When you say not booting do you mean it's not detecting any hard drive or is your computer completely without power? If not power (don't over look the obvious) start with the power outlet and make sure it is plugged in. If plugged into the wall outlet then follow the cable, is it plugged into the back of the computer? If all is secure then you can either start by troubleshooting the power supply (by replacing it with a "Known Good" power supply) or the power cord (but highly unlikely, cable rarely go bad). If booting up with power but not loading the Operating System then you are probably getting beep codes. One beep mean everything is ok but you are likely getting more than one beep.

More importantly, you would not believe the amount of people who think that the power button on the monitor is the power for the computer. Let's hope you aren't one of them.

Try turning off the surge suppressor if you have one and then unplug. Wait about 2 or 3 minutes. Put the plug back in. Turn on the surge suppressor and then try to start your PC again. If this does not work, your mother board power supply may be shot.

Pobably your os might have lost the boot log file, you have to format the Hard disk and load it fresh

Check ur operating system's booting files. or reinstall windows again,if there is no other hardware problem

We need to know a few more details, like does it turn on? Your hardrive? Some morebasic info
