I'm preparing a presentation on how form is one of the best contemporary devices; does anyone have any examples of how normal form in literature, poetry and film has been pushed beyond expected boundaries?

For example, Mark Z Danielewski's "House of Leaves" isn't just prose, it's fictional newspaper articles, letters, clippings etc ... Ang Lee's "Hulk" is like a film version of a comic book.

Does anyone have any more examples like these? Thanks!

The Dr. gave me the option of getting it over with and having the two surgeries done at once or doing them separately. I would like to just get it over with and have them done together but I have a small child at home and not much help around so I was wondering if the recovery is that bad where it would be make it very hard to take care of my child? The dr. said recovery is harder when the two surgeries are done at once.

My husband works third shift and he gets home about 7:30 am. I have a kinda special morning planned for him . I have decorated our bedroom a little and I have also spelled out I LOVE YOU with the o's in shape of hearts on My dresser with the little candy conversation hearts. i had a fight with my friend..i'm so worried.. a tried to ask for advises..

some said that i should make friends with them again..and other said that i should not..especially those who really dislike them..

well fOr..part of me wanted to and other doesn't want to..


it all happened because i lied to them that i cannot come with them to the malls cause i wasn't able to ask permission from my mOm..but actually did.. i have another group of friends that i really wanted to be with..we scheduled to go to the malls which is my ather will go to..then all of a sudden..accidentally..everyone met at the samme mall!!!

I am 30 years old and have been single for the last 5 years. I look at couples on this day and wonder why I am not in love with someone like that. Sometimes I want to just slap the couples that are showing affection with each other. But knowing that it is not there fault either. The stars are just working better for them then me this year. well for valentine's day, this buddy of mine told me that he's gonna get me a rose.i guess it took him quite a bit of courage to tell me that cos previously,he kept saying that he'll only get me a rose provided if i paid for it myself.and he asked me twice if i've got a date or not.he's really weird.he acts as if he's got a crush on me,my friends feel the same way too but then again,he tells me about the girl he has a crush on and etc and then he told me that a girl just confessed to him and asked me what he should do!then after telling me all these,he said he'll get me a rose for v-day.today's vday and he didn't get me anything!it's just like as though he forget everything he said yesterday!isn't it weird?he sounded like he's definitely getting me the rose!is he too shy or is he just trying to test if i'll be sad when i don't get anything from him?something along that line?

A couple of years ago I had a friend who had a civic with over 300k miles on it and still drove it crazy which was surprising considering the mileage on that thing and couldn't drive it anymore because of a car wreck... I was wondering if there are any other cars that can have that high of a mileage and still drive like that? (G35 is one of my highest picks for a car later..)

Hey there everyone. this is to navy personnel only with knowledge of high year tenure. my husband is getting out of the Navy in May do to high year tenure. If your seperating from the Navy I heard that your best to start the process to seperate a year before you do. well My husband got transfered to a command in Japan and the command hasnt been very help to any of it's sailors. My husband put in chits several times to take TAP and they were lost or denied. Now he has requested to have his 30 days house hunters leave or seperation leave and they wont grant it to him and yet he still hasnt even had TAP. Does anyone know what He should do to get this matter situated. or who he should talk to if his cheif is not helping him?
