Well now that I have clicked the link (in the article) which shows the full report, I see that Australia is an "OECD country with insufficient data to be included in the overview".

I guess that brings a new question - why is there insufficient data? Did Australia not participate fully or did UNICEF not research Australia fully?

The fact they didnt include Australia is either a result of there lazines,stupidity or beligerance

the fact that we are not not on there radar is a non event, who really listens to these diicks any way?.

Because Australia was not considered in the same league as the stutus of Australia...its not fair but thats the way of this busy world
