A couple of years ago I had a friend who had a civic with over 300k miles on it and still drove it crazy which was surprising considering the mileage on that thing and couldn't drive it anymore because of a car wreck... I was wondering if there are any other cars that can have that high of a mileage and still drive like that? (G35 is one of my highest picks for a car later..)

Honda engines are amazing and go on forever. Japanese cars in general are very very reliable and should go on forever if well looked after.

Some ultr reliable cars that come to mind are:
1988-1991 Toyota camry
1988-1991 Honda CRX
1987-1989 Honda Accord Lxi (must be Lxi b/c its fuel injected)
1990-1991 Acura Integra
Of course all of thes must have some maintenace to last as long as they do. But I have also seen many of these models be abused and take a lot of punishment.

the 1991 mazda mx-6 GT had over 300K miles when we sold it last year and it is still going. When we sold it, it still had the original turbo, clutch, and engine. The new owners gave it a paint job and new covers on the seats so it looks new now. I am sure if you maintain your car properly you will be able to get high mileage. We had over 200,000 miles on our 1988 Hyundai. It got totaled when another driver drove thru a red light- no injuries

It is the precision they make things with.
checkout the interiors the build quality of a honda is much better than a ford.
the suspensions etc are good too. and so similar things with the engine. the build quality is good which makes them so reliable.
