In looking at my modem log,I find each time this happens it shows "carrier dropped,remote modem hung up" Is this because I lost my phone line connection or do I have a modem problem? Of course the phone company says it not their lines,and my ISP seems to think otherwise. But my modem log is telling me something and I'm not sure how to interpret it.

my female dog (adopted) is totally wild and roams around on the roads. last month, she gave birth to 7 puppies out of which 2 have already died....due to foolish drivers. the real problem is that i already have a male dog in the house who is no harm to the puppies coz he is scared of them!( my female mated with some other wild male) butut just the presence of the male in the house keeps dad nervous and he does not allow me to bring the puppies in.........i built a dog house for them but they only stay in it in the night or when it rains. how do i convine my dad to let the puppies in???what does the future hold for the remaining pups???

today is the difference in how children treat and respect their parents? If so could formal discipline be the difference i.e. children a hundred years ago were spanked and were contributing members of the household and now they seem to be protected to the point of mollycoddling in that they do not have to do many chores, money is freely given and respect for elders ahs all but disappeared.

...he keeps trying to convinceme that we should stay together.I have so much stress...Im trying to get a degree but im not really focused...its just insane...I dont want to stay in this relationship,b/c of his jelouse ways..the fact that he tries to control my life....keeps telling me I dont like his family...I dont see myself giving my future kids his last name! Ijust dont click with his family...He keeps reassuriung me that we should stay in our relatioship everytime I want to leave...im not happy...I care alot about him and he does aswell....but thats not enough....I am asking myself what was the point of getting engaged...we still act like bf and gf...when we spend the night together..he's on the computer ..not paying any mind to me.....My unhappiness causes me to take out my anger on others....what should I do??
