What vegetable could I substitute with Broccolli & Cauliflower? My fiance does not care for broccolli or Cauliflower and Asparagus is out of the question as well. Peas are not a favorite either.

I have been reading many articles lately that recommend decreasing repetitions and sets while increasing weight as a more effective method of putting on muscle size. (i.e. 3x3 of 90% 1RM) Is this true? What is the best format of muscle exercise for gaining muscle SIZE fast?

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 7 months and we are pretty serious...but this is our first Valentine's day together and I have no idea what to get him. I want it to be special. I have had my cocker spaniel puppy for 2 months now he was house trained very quickly, after about 2 weeks.
Just recently he has started messing in the house which is not like him at all.

Everytime I yawn or swallow they pop but it doesn't feel like they open. I believe there is some congestion and when the doctor looked at it he said that there is no earwax build up.

I am selling my home and last week had a home inspection done. That night, I noticed my garden lights weren't on and they are plugged in outside. I just thought they needed a small repair or something and thought nothing of it. Well, Friday night I went into the garage to put some stuff in our extra freezer and noticed that it was turned off! The outlet it was plugged into no longer works and this outlet is connected with the GFCI that my garden lights are plugged into. I reset the breaker but still no luck.

First, any ideas how to fix this? Replace the GFCI outlet?

Second, what recourse do I have with this inspector? I estimate he spoiled about $400 worth of meat by doing whatever he did to make those outlets not work.

Any help is appreciated.
