Then it really wasn't love to begin with. Lovers should be devoted to eachother forever. It is true when they say you can't say I love you if you don't mean it. I have been with my boyfriend for 7months and he told me "I love you first" I didn't respond back, because at the time I just wasn't feeling it. When I finally did tell him, he said it to me. And we have been unseparable ever since. Love is a strong word such as hate is, you have to mean it in order to say it.

Some can, I think when people fall in love and dont stay in love then it's obviously not meant to be

Unfortunately, people get too comfortable and stop treating their significant other the same way. The people who stay together happily for years understand that it takes a lot of work to make a relationship work. If you aren't willing to do the work, then the relationship fails. It's that simple. What do you mean by "stay"? Stay for how long? I've known couples who loved one another for years, decades, until they left this earth...others that loved one another as long as it was good and right for both, and then parted ways.
Falling in love occurs all the time...there's no particular length of time it's supposed to last...nothing wrong with it not lasting 'forever'

That would be too easy.
Actually when you first "fall in love" with somebody, you know very little about that person, then when you spend more time together, you find there are things you don't like. I say you can't really love somebody you don't know.

Good question..
I see people all the time that claim to be in love with another but then their love doesn't last anytime at all and they are right back at it in a few weeks with someone else. I think it's just because these people feel like it is necessary to be with someone else all the time. They arn't independent.
If you arn't happy/stable with your life then don't expect that bringing someone else into it is going to make you happy/bring stability to your life.

I hate to tell you this and be the bearer of bad news, but it's a known scienctific fact that love is slowly die-ing in the world today. And their is nothing we can do to change a thing. Man is slowly becoming extinct.

That is because of the brain chemicals that give you that feelings, and they say they only last about 2 years. If you do fun things together that get you outdoors than it makes that chemical work for you well into the many years that you are together.
