how many of you have fought for years with your ex and then things have kind of change and now you get a long. Any of you often wish that you could be with your ex again?

My ex and I are on better terms these days (it could only have gotten better) - but, no, I never wish to be involved with him again.

My ex and I didn't fight that much, our relationship was actually good. He decided one day to end it, I had no clue it was even coming. It wasn't pleasant, but I got over it eventually; there was never any animosity between us - either before or after the split-up, I understand that sometimes people just want to go their own way. We still get along, 6 years after our divorce. I am now re-married - and no, I never wished to be back together with the ex; what's gone is gone, there's no way to get it back. I have a much better life now.

Yes..i still love my ex..actually we still love each other..we fought when we were together and missed each other when we were apart..it was a love hate relationship...it wouldn't work..but the strange thing is, is we have been divorced for 2 years and neither one of us can seem to move on..it sucks

Things seem better because you don't live with your ex anymore. If you live with him under one roof again, the fights are going to start again. I would never want to live my ex again. He is a crazy moron.

I have never really fought with my ex - when we split - we broke all ties - and no, I have never wanted to get back with him. I met someone else (years later) and have remarried and am very, very happy!

I found it works the other way. You stay nice in the beginning but as soon as one gets remarried, the sh*t hits the fan.

THE ONLY REASON YOU GET ALONG NOW IS BECAUSE YOU AREN'T TOGETHER. IF YOU WERE TOGETHER, YOU'D START FIGHTING AGAIN.
