Do you think it’s plausible for someone to learn how to skate and play ice hockey over the summer and be really competative toward making a team in September? This is for a college Division II team.

Mind you the fella is extremely into ice hockey... he's one of those kids that excels in every sport... he has that passionate drive to be the best.

I just got him through a friend and took him for a check-up. The treatments are harsh and expensive. The test was faintly (+) which means he just got it. Is there a chance the heartworm pill may do the trick? He has a 6-months supply, the vet says it may help, but still recommends the treatment. Has anyone had any experience with this? I just want to know what are his chances of survival without the treatment and just taking the pills. He is a hyperative, 3 yr. old Jack Russell Terrier. Thanks.

My wife and I were seperated and she applied for an order of protection. I went to court to argue against it and was told that they would reset the hearing. Later my wife said she dropped it, and she called wanting to reconcile. We moved back together for 5 months and the argueing continued. I am now being charged with violating the order of protection. She apparently didn't drop the matter. After living together for 5 month is the order still valid. I was never notified of the reset date for the order of protection.

I am 25 yrs and I got married last year. Lately I've lost all my sexual libido. This is driving my husband nuts, bcoz I promis e to get better evry next day when nothing improves! Now,I only like to cuddle up a lot and only give sweet kisses that do not arouse me enough tobe sexually excited. Since mid December, my husband is redundant and we spent a lot of time together at home because I'm unemployed and will start university studies next fall. Is lack of space between us causing this problem? I also wonder whether it has anything to do with my contraceptive pills (Min-Ovral 28). Any advice?

As an American, are you prepared for universal health care coverage as proposed by Obama or Clinton (one of whom will surely win the election)? Do you understand what the plain implies and the incredible amout of money we will all have to pay? Are you aware that this will become the single greatest public expense outstripping all others including defense or education? Is it wise that the US should ruin its own economy to cater to what amounts to less then 8 % of the total US (legal) population? Where will you work once your business can no longer afford to pay you due to an incredibly heavy tax burden? Are you prepared to live in communal over-crowded (by US standards) type apartment buildings as most of the European population was pushed into once their national health care systems became the primary expense within their economies?

or a black hole?

I am more interested in the mass of a star that would go supernovae to form either a neutron star or a black hole, knowing that a white dwarf would never be formed in a supernovae explosion, but at what stellar mass would it be determined if a star would become either a neutron star or a black hole. I know that all black holes are formed by supernovae explosions, and some neutron stars are formed by either supernovae explosions or from normal stellar collapse if its mass is above a certain limit (uncertain of that limit..was thinking it was 9 solar masses???)
