Do the game designers create the cheats secretly and then leak them after the game has come out?

Are the game manufacturers annoyed when cheats are made or are they not bothered?

Hi there,

A rather upsetting day today.......a 13 year old girl made me, a teacher, cry in class. She insulted me personally, my lessons, my abilities and what I did the day before. The worst part is, when she saw me distressed, she smiled and said "did I make you cry?". It is really not her actions that upset me, but the fact that she derived pleasure from seeing my distress.

What is it that make some children cruel and lack empathy? Some children are lovely and kind but with others - I'm at a loss to explain. I believe I treat them fairly and I am always prepared to play games with them to make the lesson fun and exciting, but some of the students seem to delight in making teachers suffer.

I am sorry and sad, I like teaching and I like sharing what I know with children. However, this young lady of 13years has really hurt me and I am doubting that I'll return to school come Monday.

Is it nature? Nurture? A lack of discipline during upbringing?

It's very hard for me to understand this and it doesn't seem logical to me. This is from Calculus by the way.

Ok it says that a function f(x) is continuous at a point x=c if the following three conditions are met:

This is the part that I don't understand, how do I solve this?

a) lim f(x), x-> c exists

b) f(c) is defined

c) lim f(x)= f(c) x->c

It seems so simple but to me is not. I am given an exercise about finding the continuity and I don't know with what I have to substitute "c" and "x" in those formulas.

At least explain to me what are those formulas for.

In relation to my neighbours house fire mentioned in my last question again i find myself asking for yet more assistance in this one the situatio is tht in November the Local housing association re-wired his home, after work was completed they failed to send an inspector up to perform safety checks untils after the fire. The cause of the fire was according to the Fire marshall an electrical fire which started when the fridge light started sparking and ignited the insulation. The fire marshall said the RCD on should have trpped cutting the current and therefore stopping the fire before it started, but it did not trip until the firemen turned the hoses on. Please could you give me your opinions on this matter as he doesn't want to push this further until he is positive he has a case.

I'm right at the beginning and I already feel like giving up. I'm at the moonshine mission where you have to save Phil's burning alcohol and I can't drive the forklift properly and I'm stuck on the Louise mission where you have to do the quadbike race. I swear that bike only changes direction when it feels like it!
