I'm right at the beginning and I already feel like giving up. I'm at the moonshine mission where you have to save Phil's burning alcohol and I can't drive the forklift properly and I'm stuck on the Louise mission where you have to do the quadbike race. I swear that bike only changes direction when it feels like it!
Help!

Actually Phil's mission is called Boomshine Blowout. On my first try it took a while because the forklift was acting stupid for me for some reason. What makes it worse is that the place starts to cave in on you. Try taking the shortest routes possible and turn early when going around corners. Also while turning make sure the forklift is completly down or you will get stuck. Also note then the hotter it gets, the slower you will go.
On the mission, "When Funday Comes" the quadbike is pretty stupid. It took me five times to beat this mission. If you don't mind a lower criminal rating, you can use a cheat that will slow down time so you have more time to maneuver the quad to your liking. I found this very helpful because when I slowed down time, the quad was easier to handle. Before you start the mission, try slower time so you can get use to the handling.

@ Asker , try practicing with the vehicle controls before going onto a mission, it could be frustrating trust me. When i had to do plane training missions on Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas ,i had no idea how to fly a helicopter/plane.

don't try and complete the missions just learn the controls of the 2 vechicles
