when you continually choose this particular flower through different mediums either the flower itself or a picture of the flower and you like to have the scent of it in your house and you buy things that remind you of the scent either perfume or scented candles etc.

When it is the flower you pick out from all of all the many flowers to choose from. The beautiful colors to the wonderful fragrant aroma. Same way you know if you have a favorite anything else. You just think of that flower before all others. Could be the shape. The color or the smell.

I can't choose just one favorite, but I can tell you, I prefer planting flowers I can keep all spring/summer to some cut flowers that die in a week :)

When you are disappointed if you receive a bouquet without it in! Or else you know its your favourite because you smell it first in the flower shop!
