No, most people you see in your dreams - you may not know as a person, but you have seen them before. Your subconcious picks up everything that you encounter, including people just walking by.....

Yes - it is very disturbing.
What happens to me is that I "meet" people in my dreams and then some time later - it may be days or weeks - I meet them in real life.
They are always surprised that I know so much about them!!

yes... they're just people there to do just that. i think you should be asking yourself about what they're helping you with... not knowing who the people is not the important part (they could just represent people in your life). it's the issue they are helping you with that's important.
