I view a dare devil act as a 50-50 survival, which rules out sky diving, mountain climbing, kayaking, where odds are in your favour, since you can control many of the variables. What activity is truly reckless, where your survival is really a toss of the coin?

There are none left, they have made safety equipment for every possible dangerous activity, time to use your imagination and invent something. I frequently go rock climbing without ropes, harness etc. Not smart, but it's a good rush, it really gets the adrenaline going, especially when you have a little slip, it sure gets you focused. Have fun, and try not to kill yourself. Also remember, it's no fun if there is no sense of danger.
