I eat a sandwich:white bread(I know not a good one), Cajun Turkey, mayo, mustard. And put chips in it. Diet Liption Green Tea. For lunch.
Then afterschool, I go to our community center, and do 30-40 minutes on one of those elliptical machines, which usually burns about 250 calories. Then I go to this other machine that works your stomach and upper body for about 20 mintues. Then I go and do the bicycle for about 10 mintues. Sometimes I run around the upper track inside(16 laps=a mile), which I only do 2 laps, then walk a lap, for about 10 minutes, then I go downstairs and play basketball for about 30 minutes. Monday-Thurs, and Saturday.
Wednesdays I swim, there too, plus workout.
Then I go home and usually eat like another sandwich, and drink water, or Diet Green Tea.
Or cereal.
Is this good enough to lose weight?
