though i dun think it's very true, but i like it! especially the part "the best thing that can happen to a person".

It doesn't make much sense...I mean Being confused and complicated doesn't really benefit anyone....Im in love and I have never felt like things are complicated or Confusing at all....I think you should replace the word love in your Quote with Lust and change the last part to ...it happens to everyone.

In which published book of yours can we find it? If your sentence is not a part of a published literary work, then it is not a quote.
Now, about your sentence: congratulations on...re-inventing the wheel. I mean, what you discovered by yourself has been said by hundreds of writers starting thousands of years ago. And, yes, I think it is true.

No, it seem like a stray idea with jumbled up words.Quotes are usually rhythmic and has crisp meaning in its riddle like wordings.
