I think that people that commit suicide have problems and dont know where to start to solve them. They are to ashamed to ask.
My heart breaks when I think of all the people I know that killed themselves.

I hate it when people call them selfish, and that it was a call for attention and stuff like that. If that were the case, then these people would have asked for help and they would have gotten the attention that they needed to get better.

okay, you asked for opinions....I think it is short-sighted, extremely selfish, and extremely tragic. suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problem. EVERYBODY'S got problems. I think that for a person to do that, they must be in a world of hurt, and see no other out than death. there is ALWAYS another way out, and for some reason, the person cannot see another way, that their mind's eye is occluded by torturous pain, like they have blinders on and all they can see is suicide will stop that pain, or prevent them from going through more pain.
I think there are a variety of things that could make a person seriously consider suicide. among them, I think some reasons that are overlooked are side effects from medications for depression (how ironic), and BIG lack of communication with people who DO give a rat's butt about the person in question, be it parent(s), sibling(s), teachers, friends, classmates--but at least one other person or persons REALLY gives a crap whether the subject lives or dies, a fact that for some reason, the person cannot see or refuses to see, and that if that person DID commit suicide, there are more people than he or she could count that would not only care, but really hurt if the person did commit suicide. it's not worth it. a person can go through a living hell, and surprise, things can and do change, it is the only constant in life, and I can tell you, as a survivor, that fifteen years later, I still get mad when I think about the person who was in my life, committing suicide and leaving a hell of a mess of life for the rest of us who cared about him...it still sucks, it will always suck.
in short, I think it really sucks.
if you are seriously thinking about it, PLEASE talk WITH somebody, get some help. it's nothing to dink around with.
PS- I care, or I wouldn't take the time to answer. hell with the points. HANG IN THERE

Gotta tell ya-it's commit suicide
I think their souls were not ready to walk this earth and they must go back and be born again. Some people are tourmented inside and it is something you and I (hopefully) will never truly understand. I do not believe the souls of those who commit suicide go to hell-or that hell really exists-but I do believe they will be given another chance to be reborn and try again.

the are small views of issues that are relentless in there captivities, any teacher or parent can induce trauma to destroy anyone, bullies thrive on it, the middle East is like a vermin multiplying in it, evil is the product of both good and evil, either one can find the opportunities to thrive on a weak person and destroy them, it has such a victimless crime about it when it goes undetected

It seems as though it is easier to solve everybody elses problems, but your own.

I can't seem to blame anybody for anything anymore.
I just can't judge. Nobody is perfect.

Yeah, I might say this or that, but it is hard to walk in another persons shoes for any length of time.

Sometimes pressures might get too unbearable for somebody to face and there just doesn't seem to be an answer.

So, to answer your question, I am not in favor of it, but I understand it.

well i have mixed feelings on that subject. it is the most selfish thing anyone could ever do, thats for sure. you are killing not only yourself, but the people who love you, you are hurting them badly. i think it is really sad that people get to that point, where the only way out of their misery is to killing themselves. when someone kills themselves that is it no coming back, they can't change their minds and by the way it is worse then murder, well it is murder but i think the worst kind. thier are so many sick people out there that would do anything to live in a healthy body and some people are young and healthy and kill themselves. i won't lie i have thought about suicide, but never attempted it. i hope you are not thinking about it, if so get help. and people who kill themselves don't go to heaven.

1) They need help because they are seriously depressed
2) I feel bad for them, I've struggled with depression since I was 15. I know what it's like to want to just end it all because you feel so awful.

I think they're crazy and need to think about the good in life. even if times seem bad. i know many people who say they were going to for attention so if there is somone in your life that is gonna commit suicide, slap them and tell them that they're crazy and need to see the good in life.

I believe that they are extremely selfish. I think that they suffer from a (no one matters but me) syndrome. I think that if they believe in some way that they are proving a point that they have complete control over life and death and these things should be left up to God.
