Like everybody else, I will stand by Crest White Strips! I use the CWS Premium Plus which costs $39.00. You use them for 10 days, 2 times per day, 1/2 hour per use. I always see results after the first three days! They are the most awesome product I have ever come across over the counter. And because you don't need to repeat the process for 6 months, it's not too costly. The only down side, it does make my teeth pretty sensitive for a week or so, but again, the pros outweigh the cons! I really hope you try this product. I bet you will be amazed as well. If you visit the website link I have listed below, fill out the form for a free $7.00 off a package of Crest White Strips at any local store. They will mail the coupon to your home. So actually, a box of Premium Plus will cost you around $30.00 - $32.00, depending on where you buy them. Good Luck!

Crest white strips worked great for me. I think they cost about 30-40 bucks and its a 2 week treatment. If you don't want to try that I've heard the baking soda works well. Just sprinkle some on your tooth brush every night and then brush. Or you could buy the Arm and Hammer toothpaste that has baking soda in it. Also be careful what you eat and drink. Coffee, soda and dark teas help to stain teeth as do dark foods such as blueberries.
Also DO NOT use lemon to brush your teeth. Lemons have natural acids which erodes your enamel. Your teeth may look whiter, but they will be weaker, more prone to decay and extremely sensitive after a while.

I read this in a magazine about 3 years ago and I've done it ever since and gotten very good results. Take a cotton swap, soak it in hydrogen peroxide, coat your teeth with it and wait about 1-2 minutes before brushing. Do this 1-2 times per day.

Go to the drug store and check out the oral care section. They have whitening strips, whitening creams, etc, etc. They work. You could also brush with baking soda. Avoid drinking coffee and smoking. An electric toothbrush or water pic may help too.
