Okay, I wanted to try something new. But I'm more of a Softball/Tennis person. And I don't know ANYTHING about Track. Except that you have to have stamini, endurance, something about jumping and a whole lot of running. Please help. Thank You for your time.

you have to choose your training depending on what event(s) you are running. the best way to get good is train at home along with trying hard at practice. jogs around the block or lifting weights to stregthen your legs help alos. try to stay fit and dont be lazy after you run because your tired. the more you put into it, the more you'll get out. heres a website oyu can use to read up on events.
