In Arizona, is a landlord required to give 30 days notice to list the home you rent for sale before showing?

Yesterday we were notified that the home we rent (our lease is now month to month) is for sale and in two days we need to allow access to the listing agent to show the home to prospective buyers. This concerns us greatly due to our guard dog and a member of our house has an impaired immune system. We feel that allowing people that could have potential illness (it is flu season) in the house puts this family member at risk. We are willing to move within 30 days, especially to avoid the potential risks to health and the safety of our pets. We live in an area where predation is a huge risk. You don't let your cats or dogs out because they may not come back. Do we have the option to allow access without proper notice if proper notice is even required?

What does it mean when your gallbladder ejection fraction is at 22%?

I had a HIDA scan back in July, and the GI doc I saw said my gallbladder would eventually have to come out.
I've never missed work or college because of the pain I sometimes feel, but it is annoying.
I can't find any information on my test results, so any help is greatly appreciated!

Now I can admit some of the illegal immigration problem is bad but I don't support the klan though here is the article.
ATLANTA (Reuters) - The white supremacist Ku Klux Klan is on the rise in the United States and is exploiting the issue of illegal immigration to attract new members, according to a new report by the Anti-Defamation League.

The Klan has declined dramatically since the 1960s when its members dressed in white robes, burned crosses and spread terror through lynchings but immigration is helping to revive its fortunes, said the league which monitors hate groups.

"The (Klan's) thinking is that if the average Joe is against immigration then we are against it too. They are trying to gain a foothold in the mainstream community," said Allen Kohlhepp of the league's southeast region on Thursday.

"Ninety percent (of Klan members) will never commit a crime but their rhetoric will influence the one in the group who may go off and do something," Kohlhepp said in an interview.

The secretive Klan probably has several thousand members nationwide and has gained hundreds of new members over the immigration issue and its exploitation of opposition to gay marriage and fear of crime, Kohlhepp said.

It has expanded in parts of the country including the Great Plains and the West Coast where it used to be inactive.

In one example, the Brotherhood of Klans attempted to recruit members in Iowa towns such as Denison and Storm Lake where immigrants from Mexico and Laos have settled recently, the report said.

The Klan fits into the broader picture of right wing militant and neo-Nazi groups that sprang to prominence with the Oklahoma bombing in 1995 but they have been marginalized and weakened by in-fighting, the report said.

They also no longer have close relationships with law enforcement officials and local government that enabled them to spread terror in the Deep South in the decades before the 1960s, said the league's report.

Most Klan members no longer wear white and instead frequently dress like racist skinheads and Neo-Nazis at meetings with whom they cooperate, Kohlhepp said.

About 80 members of the National Socialist Movement and Klan groups met in Laurens, South Carolina, to discuss ways to increase cooperation, the report said.

Klan members remain identifiable at meetings with other groups by the Klan symbol they wear of a red drop of blood in the center of a white cross on a blood red background, said Kohlhepp.

hey.. i know - petition bush to do somethin GOOD to raise his rankings!?

somethin we can all agree on, is that more good things need done - sure.. anyone who's looked into things has insane reservations about his loyalty.. but what if we advise 'em to do incredibly GOOD THINGS that those who really know what's up can't argue with.
petition - and add suggestions (no threats/suicide/whatnot talk pls) But seriously.. find things that would be in everyone's best interest.

I skip meals I have had 2 babies within the past 2 yrs I want to finish losing the baby fat what can I d?

I do not eat a lot I just skip meals such as breakfast and sometimes lunch because I am so busy with the babies, when I do eat I do not pig out I jst want to lose the rest of the baby fat without using diet fads what can I do, I really don't have a lot of time to exercise either

This calculus problem is driving me crazy!?

When the admission price for a baseball game was $6.00 per ticket, 36,000 tickets were sold. When the price was raised to $7.00, only 33,000 tickets were sold. Assume that the demand function is linear and that the variable and fixed costs for the ballpark owners are $0.20 and $85,000 respectively.

I'm supposed to find the profit P as a function of x, the number of tickets sold.

My profit equation is coming out with insane decimals. This is worth 8 points on my test and the test is in a few hours and I haven't slept yet due to THIS problem! PLEASE HELP! What do you get for your profit equation?

My teacher's question is what price would you set your ticket prices at to obtain maximum profit?
