I am old and have salt & pepper colored hair. I dye it black (it's natural color when I was in my 20's). but I'm tired of dying it all the time. the smelll is bad and it stained my clothes and well it's just a pain in the butt. but my friends think I'm crazy to let it go gray because it looks bad and makes me look 20 years older. ok, it does but as I said, it's a pain.

So here is the question: should I keep going through the trouble to keep it dyed?
or just let is go natural?

Remember, the muscle at the rear of my right upper leg is VERY tight and sore, What kind of injury do I have? Usually I run 7 - 8 miles and it takes me about 80minutes. Today, I absolutely could not run more than a mile. I was out a mile and was forced to stop, so I walked a mile back and then went to the apartment exercise facility and rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes on level 3 of 10. It said I had traveled more than 11 miles. Is this accurate? Is this equal to a 7 - 8 mile run? I also do 1477 crunches daily and weight train every other day, what else can I do to compensate for my inability to run? How long will it take for me to heal? Is the 11 miles of biking equal to 7 - 8 miles of running? Help...

They've been married for 30 some years and they dont like eachother any more. Infact they cant stand each other I havent seen them even hug my entire life. They even sleep in seperate rooms. yea I know, your thinking get a divorce right? But they can't because neither fo them would survive financialy alone. Im the only child left at home now. It's really starting to take effect on me and I dont know what to do.

Hello

I am suffering from severe depression and anxiety. I feel horrible all the time and nothing seems fun or exciting to me anymore. I am also obssessed about HIV and I am afraid that I may catch it all the time even if it was in an irrational manner. And even when I go and get tested, I am always afraid that the nurse had reused a dirty needle on me by mistake. I dont know if this obsession is creating the depression or its the other way around !

Anyway, I visited a therapist and he gave seroxat. I read about it and I was scared so I decided not to take it..but I dont know what to do now...any suggestions ?

I work at UPS as a package handler. I have to work at nights from 10:05 p.m to 5:00 a.m.

I can't sleep

I have to drive 20 miles to work. It is bitter cold in Chicago.

I have paranoid schizophrenia. I have Auditory hallucinations. I talk to myself and I hear different voices talking to me also.

Why am I here?

And I want to die right now.
