First of all.. do not rush into getting a credit card, or applying for every credit card you see!!! This will hurt your credit, and more than likely you will get stuck with a very high APR.
Browse online for a credit card for your specific needs... ( no credit, bad credit...etc...)
Be sure to read all terms and conditions... look for any membership/ annual fees. This dollar amount will come directly out of your available balance. This happened to me, I got a Visa with a $300 credit limit... but after all fees were added, I had a balance of $73.
Having a credit card is nice, but if the terms are not what you are looking for... do not apply!!!
Remember, also... this isn't allowing you to spend freely... pay your bill on time... interest will kill you, and your credit.
My best suggestion is to try your bank.. ( Key bank offers a great mastercard with checking account)... this is beside your check card- it's an actual credit card.
Good luck!

My suggestion, stay away from the credit cards the high interest will eventually catch up with you. They may start you off with a low limit but when you get to that point they up it and soon you will just be making payments against the interest and not the actual balance. If you think you really need a credit card try a store card or something like a Phillips 66 gas card. Read all the fine print, often terms change after one year and it is such fine print people miss it.

Hi,
it's not always easy to find the right companies. I've done a little research and found 3 which are serious & trusted and without credit checks. You might check them out and then choose the one which suits you best:

http://www.usefulresources.info/credit-card-liberty-cb.html
if you rather prefer Visa:

Hope that helps. Wish you all the best!

You don't purchase credit cards - you apply for them. Then dependant on your credit, you will be approved or not approved. You can do this on almost any real banking website. Be careful and make sure that you're not on a phishing site.
