Remember, the muscle at the rear of my right upper leg is VERY tight and sore, What kind of injury do I have? Usually I run 7 - 8 miles and it takes me about 80minutes. Today, I absolutely could not run more than a mile. I was out a mile and was forced to stop, so I walked a mile back and then went to the apartment exercise facility and rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes on level 3 of 10. It said I had traveled more than 11 miles. Is this accurate? Is this equal to a 7 - 8 mile run? I also do 1477 crunches daily and weight train every other day, what else can I do to compensate for my inability to run? How long will it take for me to heal? Is the 11 miles of biking equal to 7 - 8 miles of running? Help...
