I've read something where regardless of your class/nationality/etc...you are always within the black community. This is interesting to me because wherever I go, every black person makes it a point to make eye contact, to comment, etc etc. It's understandable that we tend to be in the minority and we are seeking out a familiar face...but it is also a bit unsettling that you are singled out so much.

Any thoughts?

every time i turn on my laptop i have to click Run: services, and click on wireless zero configuration and start it. then i click on my network places and change advanced settings so that windows can configure my wireless network. i hate doing this everytime i turn my computer on. i want to be able to turn it on and go straight to the net without doin this bunch of crap...any ideas or suggestions?

Since there is God, and he can hear us wherever and whenever, then why do we need to go through Jesus?
If he died on the cross for us, does that means that God is powerless that his son has to suffer for him to forgive us? moreover, what about the people that came before Jesus? cant we just be like them and pray to God directly?

For those that think Jesus is God in flesh:
Who controled the universe when he was down here?
Who was the father he was praying to on the cross?

Been happily married 16 yrs and our sex life has always been decent never been great but never been lousy either..Well been 2 weeks since we did anything cause im tired of his ALL TALK NO ACTION CRAP LIKE always saying he wants to do it more but never happens. Okay. Last year was not a good year for me! My husband left me and I lost my job. On top of that my auto finance company has been looking for the car (they have been calling my mother's house and everything!) They don't know where I am. The transmission is not working well on the car and they know it. But I am still able to use the car to search for work and take the kids to school. Well, I got my free credit report and saw that they have a charge off on that account! What does that mean??? Does it mean they are sewing me? Should I still pay the car off or give them the car back? Please help!

This morning I found a thin, milky-colored slime that covered the surface of the water in my 10 gal. tank. When I touched it with the fish net, it gathered up into a little slimeball. Gross! So then I scooped it with a cup and poured it down the drain. Anyone have an idea what it was? I clean the tank regularly and my fish are doing fine. If you know what it is, what's wrong with my tank?
