I've read something where regardless of your class/nationality/etc...you are always within the black community. This is interesting to me because wherever I go, every black person makes it a point to make eye contact, to comment, etc etc. It's understandable that we tend to be in the minority and we are seeking out a familiar face...but it is also a bit unsettling that you are singled out so much.
Any thoughts?
