Since there is God, and he can hear us wherever and whenever, then why do we need to go through Jesus?
If he died on the cross for us, does that means that God is powerless that his son has to suffer for him to forgive us? moreover, what about the people that came before Jesus? cant we just be like them and pray to God directly?

For those that think Jesus is God in flesh:
Who controled the universe when he was down here?
Who was the father he was praying to on the cross?

We need to accept Jesus as our saviour in order to be reconciled with God. You could live your life without doing so, but don't blame God for your eternity; if you didn't want to serve him in life, why would you want to serve him for eternity?

I gotta news flash for you. Yes, you do need Jesus. Now for your misunderstanding of Jesus: go ahead and wrap your head around this: God is plural in the sense you are talking about. God is three in one. the Son of God, the God the Father, and the Holy Spirit. All have equal power. God used Jesus as a role model or guide to help us. Therefore Jesus prayed to God the Father to show us what we should do. Jesus honored God by dying on the cross for us. Sin make us imperfect. In order to get to Heaven you must be perfect. Since no one is perfect, Jesus had to die for us to pay for our sins so that all we have to do is have faith in Him. It is totally free. Who is the Father? Only God knows that answer. God the Father controlled the universe when Jesus was here. Don't worry if you don't understand because you won't understand when you are much older either. Jesus said that there are things that you are not meant to understand. The important part is that you have faith. Without faith you have nothing.

HEAR O ISRAEL THE LORD OUR GOD THE LORD IS ONE!
There is only one God... not three Gods as some people perceive....the first & most important commandment is that you must believe that God is ONE who is manisfested in three different roles/offices.
There is NO forgiveness of sins unless there is shedding of Blood. Jesus had to be born on earth so the prophesies can be fulfilled.

Jesus said" no man comes to the Father accept through me". Its right there in His word. God was controlling the universe will Jesus was here, and Jesus was praying to God in Heaven when he was here.
We read the story in His word, its hard for us to understand but its written, its not for us to pick apart his word .Its a free country and people can believe what they want, but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Jesus said "No one goes to the Father except through me" And when Phillip said to him "Well, just show us the Father and we will be satisfied" Jesus said back to him "Phillip, Phillip, How long have I been with you? and you still don't recognize me? When you see me, YOU SEE THE FATHER"

Why do you think Jews reject him? Their religious texts specifically warned against men like Jesus. Of course, Christians adopted those same texts but for some reason they tend to ignore those parts among many others.

Jesus is a man. He is not Gods son, but is instead a prophet. He is important and wise, but people forget that there is GOD, who you really need in your life
