USA helicopters are called APACHE, named after a First Nations tribe in the Eastern US. One of the USA missiles is named Tomahock - named after a First Nations tool and weapon of war.

Do you think it is acceptable to adopt First Nations words this way?

Anyone else notice how no democrat or black person said anything about Biden's comments about Obama being clean, yet when Bush said Obama was articulate and a great speaker he was blasted as a racist by the NAACP, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton? I got accepted to a public out-of-state state university. My parents were told by an adviser that the % need is low so it will be really expensive for me. We will be getting financial aid and loans as well as some scholarships and grants. Our income is around 80,000 per year (I think). I will have no problem paying back any loans, considering I am going to an elite school for the major I am going into. What do you think? Can I get enough loans to cover if we can't pay even with the scholarships, etc.?

My bestfriend has just miscarried for the second time.
I feel terrible.
They are the best couple - they are just like me and my husband.
I have a 2 children.
I feel like i don't know what to do to help her - if anything. I've offererd support, told her i love her, etc Its just so unfair they have to go through this again.
Has anyone out there got some advice of what i can do or say - maybe something that helped in a big way...???
I would do anything to help.

I heard that there is a treatment some dentists are offering and they will completely knock you out before filling cavities,root canals etc. I am so frightened of the dentist I am willing to pay extra money for this.What is the name of this? Will insurance pay for part of it? Thanks for any info!!
